PARNAMIRIM: Com 283 candidatos a vereador, cidade sofre com a fragmentação política que prejudica líderes

Excesso e mudanças de posicionamento prejudicam a cidade e criam novas desavenças.

As eleições de 2024 em Parnamirim trazem um cenário de grande disputa e incertezas. Com 283 candidatos a vereador e 5 concorrentes ao cargo de prefeito, a cidade enfrenta um quadro de fragmentação política que pode impactar negativamente a governabilidade. Entre os principais candidatos ao Executivo estão Salatiel de Souza, que conta com o apoio do atual prefeito Rosano Taveira, e a ex-vereadora Professora Nilda, uma das principais opositoras ao grupo político que atualmente comanda o município.

Esse cenário de fragmentação torna o processo eleitoral ainda mais desafiador. A quantidade excessiva de candidatos a vereador gera um ambiente de competição acirrada, no qual é difícil estabelecer uma liderança política forte e coesa. A fragmentação não apenas dilui os votos, mas também aumenta o risco de alianças instáveis e mudanças de posicionamento de última hora, fenômeno que tem sido frequente em Parnamirim. Candidatos temem perder lideranças e apoios estratégicos, o que os leva a realinhar suas bases em um jogo de poder que enfraquece a confiança do eleitorado.

No que diz respeito à Câmara Municipal, há uma expectativa de que pelo menos 50% das cadeiras sejam ocupadas por novos nomes, o que gera apreensão entre os vereadores que tentam a reeleição. Embora muitos tenham se destacado pouco ao longo de seus mandatos, apenas quatro vereadores demonstram uma atuação mais significativa, estando entre os mais votados nas últimas eleições.

Essa dinâmica instável pode dificultar a construção de um projeto político sólido para Parnamirim, já que os candidatos ao Legislativo também lidam com a pressão de se manter relevantes em um ambiente tão competitivo. Com mudanças de posicionamento acontecendo a todo momento, a pergunta que fica é: como os futuros representantes da cidade poderão garantir a estabilidade e o desenvolvimento que Parnamirim tanto precisa?

A cidade, com grande potencial de crescimento, corre o risco de permanecer presa em disputas políticas descoordenadas, que enfraquecem as instituições e dificultam a organização de uma gestão eficiente. O número elevado de candidaturas e a falta de clareza nos projetos apresentados pelos postulantes apenas reforçam a necessidade de uma reestruturação política capaz de promover unidade e garantir que Parnamirim esteja bem representada tanto no Executivo quanto no Legislativo.
